The attentive staff guided me through the menu, sharing anecdotes about the local ingredients and culinary traditions that shaped each plate.Venturing beyond the hotel, I discovered Cervesia, a cozy bar located just a stone's throw away. Here, I unwound with a refreshing drink, soaking in the vibrant coastal atmosphere that permeates Manta. The proximity of Jaimito's Gringo Pizzeria and Chamaco provided additional options for culinary exploration, ensuring that every craving was met.Poseidon Hotel's commitment to gastronomic excellence, coupled with its strategic location, makes it a beacon of hospitality in Ecuador.
